So im using windows 7 ultimate 64 bit, and bought this usb headset today. I installed the driver, plugged it in when asked to do so, but, i hear no sound from the speakers, and I cant use the microphone.

Realtec audio manager is installed on my pc, i assume from my motherboard as i hate it, if I right click the little speaker in the bottom right of the screen and click playback devices, i see the headset there but i cannot make it the default. I cant turn the realtech default off too, when i disable it, it just comes straight back, Same in the recording tab, although if i have the usb headset plugged in this tab freezes. Opening up windows recorder, says there is no audio recording device. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled many times, it does nothing. Ive completly disabled realtec in device manager.sound, but then i just have no sound what soever as the headset wont work.

Please help, this is extremley frustrating, i bought the usb because i wanted to remove the hassle of the audio manger plugging jacks into the ports, but now i get this =[
