Jul 30, 2015  The keyboard still uses the Dell's BT Mini Receiver and the Mouse is Logitec M510 with it's own Logitec unifying receiver. Since my upgrade to Win10 just now, the wireless keyboard is non communicable with the system. The Logitech mouse is working. Under device manager Bluetooth -Broadcom Bluetooth 3.0 USB has a yellow exclamation mark.

  • Oct 31, 2015  For what it's worth, I took the same Bluetooth USB stub (for the NFC Homespot Bluetooth Receiver that shows as GT BT Receiver in Windows 10) and unplugged it from my Windows 10 Tower and moved it 5 inches to the left and plugged it into my Linux Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS file server, it detected it, paired and connected.

Please answer few questions to narrow down the issue.

What happens when you connect other bluetooth devices to the computer?

It looks like we do have drivers available for bluetooth device in Windows 8.1.

I would suggest you to make sure that you install all updates through Windows updates and check.

I would also suggest you to uninstall and reinstall Bluetooth driver and check.

Let's uninstall the Bluetooth driver from the device manager and install the latest driver in compatibility mode and check.

Uninstall and Reinstall Bluetooth Driver.

Please follow the steps given here to uninstall and then reinstall the Bluetooth driver.

a. Press Windows key +X key when you are at desktop.
b. Select Device Manager.
c. Find and double-click Bluetooth driver from the left panel to uninstall
d. Right-click the device, and click Uninstall.
e. Windows will prompt you to confirm the device’s removal. Click OK to remove the driver.
f. After the uninstallation is complete, reboot your computer as soon as possible.

Reinstall the driver from Manufacturer website and check.
