From Devart:
The 64-bit ODBC driver is automatically installed along with the 32-bit ODBC driver when running under a 64-bit version of Microsoft Windows. ODBC applications running in 64-bit versions of Windows will automatically use the appropriate ODBC driver, depending on whether the application was compiled as 32-bit or 64. Currently Microsoft does not have any 64 bit ODBC drivers available for the Office products. However, as long as the application that you want to connect to is 32 bit, you can use the 32 bit ODBC drivers to create the DSN. To get to the 32 bit ODBC drivers, the 32 bit Data Source administrator must be used.

I want to add 32-bit data sources. There seems to be no obvious way to see existing instances of these or create new ones.
How can I open the 32-bit 'ODBC Data Source Administrator' window in Windows 7 64-bit?

Just a small note to Zorodache answer, if you use the search box from the start menu type the whole path to get the correct version c:WindowsSysWOW64odbcad32.exe
.
Otherwise, you will get the 64-bit version, even if you enter odbcad32.exe
in the search box.
